What services do you offer?
We have three main services:
The bathing service includes nails clipping, brushing & combing, washing & drying, cleaning teeth & ears, paws (cutting the extra hair around and under) and opening eyes (cutting the hair in front of the eyes).
The full grooming service includes the bathing service plus haircut (trimming) on the body.
The hand stripping service includes the bathing service plus stripping (plukken) (only wirehaired dogs).
Do you have puppy services?
For the first time, we recommend doing the bathing service, so they can start getting used to the groomer and the grooming experience in general. We can bathe after they are 3 months old. For the full grooming (with haircut), we recommend doing it after they are 6 months old. But if you would like to do it earlier, it is also possible.
How can I make an appointment?
We work by appointment only. You can ask for an appointment via SMS, call, Instagram, Gmail, WhatsApp or at the reception desk. We prefer WhatsApp (06511224422).
Do I need an appointment for clipping the nails?
You do not need an appointment for clipping the nails, just come by anytime Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Price is 10€
What are your prices?
The price depends on the dog’s size and the condition of the coat. Please contact us to get a quote.
Do you charge extra for extra brushing?
Every service includes 30 minutes of brushing, but in case we need to brush extra we charge 40€ per hour per groomer.
What do I need to do / prepare before the appointment?
Please do not feed your dog just right before coming. It is very important that you walk him/her, make sure he/she pees and poops.
How long does the appointment take?
The time depends on the dog’s size and the condition of the coat. As a reference:

Can I be early/late for my appointment?
We work on an organized and tight schedule. Please, if you want to come earlier or are a few minutes late let us know, so we can adjust accordingly. If you come 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no show.
Can I stay in the salon during the service?
Yes, you are welcome to stay.
When should I pick up my dog?
We will let you know when your dog is ready via text message or a call.
Please do not come earlier because when your dog sees you again, he/she will be very excited on the working table, and it will be very difficult for us to calm him/her down and continue working.
Please do not come late because we need to take care of more dogs.
Do you have a no-show/cancellation/reschedule policy?
Please let us know in advance if your plans change (at least 20 hours), so we can offer your spot to somebody else. We do not require prepayment, but in case of no-show or last minute reschedule/cancellation, we will ask you to compensate 50% of the service cost.
Can you cut the hair of my dog without washing?
To offer the best quality, we always work on clean and blow-dried hair, so we cannot cut the hair without washing.
Do you work with not easy dogs?
Yes, we have a lot of experience with rescued dogs or more challenging dogs, our secret is patience.
Do you have a waiting list?
Yes. However, we advise you to make an appointment and ask to be on the waiting list. In case nobody cancels, you have a backup appointment.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay with a credit card.
